Privacy & Security
End-to-End Encrypted by Default
Every message in every channel is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your device. Keys are wrapped with RSA-OAEP 4096-bit and never accessible to our servers. Not even we can read your messages.
Credentials Stay on Your Device
Auth tokens live in your OS's native secure storage — macOS Keychain, Windows DPAPI, or Linux libsecret. Concord Voice never stores plaintext credentials anywhere.
Single-Use Refresh Tokens
Every refresh issues a new token and invalidates the old one. If a token is ever reused out of sequence, Concord Voice detects a potential breach and flags it automatically.
No Biometric Requirements
Where we can legally get away with it, we don't require a phone number, government ID, or biometric to make an account. Where the law requires it, we apply the minimum controls and purge data we no longer need.
Rate Limiting & Account Protection
Redis-backed per-IP and per-user rate limiting guards against brute force. After five failed logins, accounts lock temporarily with exponential backoff.
